Recordings from a workshop to show you how to heal your "pain in the buttock".
Workshop overview
This workshop is broken down into three parts which cover: (a) an explanatory slideshow, (b) five proven and effective daily exercises, (c) a 20-minute mat class of pilates exercises modified to retrain the bracing and breathing patterns of the body and to reduce pain and anxiety so that it is easy to relax and heal.

Picture: the short external rotator muscles can tighten and pull the sacroiliac joint into a painful configuration. The right stretches will prevent this. We’ll show you what works for most people.
What you will need
You will need a carpet or pilates mat and a large internet-connected screen. We use props such as a tennis ball, a dining chair, a broomstick, and a stretch band. If you have a 10 cm high brick or block to stand on, all the better!
