This Pilates 30 minutes is hand-crafted for a person with a family tendency toward osteoporosis who wants to maintain strength and nimbleness (and stamina) to go tramping and hiking into their seventies and beyond. I hope you enjoy it as much we did!
Exercise list
Make a list and learn the moves. Then do 2 minutes of each on a daily basis (modify according to individual preference). Observe your improvement in balance and your agility on rough ground!
