This is why the reverse chair sit is so good

  1. When you face the chair back, you can’t help but straighten your back:-

  1. The "horse rider” stance makes your knees correctly track forward over your mid-foot:-

  1. If you don't “send your bum to the wall behind”, your stomach and/or inner thighs collide with the chair:-

  1. Once in the Jockey Squat you can enjoy all sorts of arm positions and play with unequal feet.
