7-minutes-a-day workouts

With 7 minutes a day you can set goals and fix problems!

Here’s how it works:

  • Set one or more goals, e.g. fix tennis elbow, reduce carpal tunnel, improve hip flexibility, decrease snoring).

  • Search our 7-minute-a-day Pilates videos and bookmark the ones that targets your problem.

  • Write yourself a schedule and do them regularly (we suggest one or two per day to start with).

  • If we haven’t yet created your desired 7-minute video, put in your request! - (Comments at bottom of each page).
