The Pilates original 34 exercises
Published in 1945 by Joseph Pilates and William J Miller, and recently republished with additional material by John Robbins, Return to Life through Contrology contains 34 exercises that Joseph and his extended family used to teach and maintain wellness and fitness. These exercises have become classics, the common language of the Pilates movement. They have become much loved because they have become much shared.
