If you want to get the best out of a crane on a building site, you'd better make sure it is settled fair and square on a firm foundation. I'd argue that the same goes for the function of the arm-and-wrist unit and the blood vessels and nerves that supply it.
If you have a firm foundation for your arm, your tennis elbow will experience smoother control and suffer less injury.
